Frameworks
The four GAITS frameworks were developed from direct experience with healthcare innovators. The Healthcare Innovation Cycle grew out of CIMIT's 20+ years of supporting teams across the full innovation journey. The Interviewing Rules, the H-BMC, and the Funding Readiness Framework were developed through working with hundreds of teams and dozens of expert mentors in the CRAASH programme.
