Webinar: Insights from User Discussions on COVID-19 Testing in Non-Traditional Settings

A Northwestern team led by Kara Palamountain will be presenting preliminary findings and takeaways on user needs and opportunities for COVID-19 testing

A Northwestern team led by Kara Palamountain will be presenting preliminary findings and takeaways on the topic of user needs and opportunities for COVID-19 testing based on more than 25 discussions with potential organizational and home users. These discussions included qualitative inquiries of user goals, concerns, and contextual factors for COVID-19 testing alongside feedback sessions on hypothetical products. The insights generated from these discussions can inform product developers and process planners as they work to create tests and procedures that are suitable for different user groups.
